Booking Policy & Terms

A deposit must be paid for your booking to be confirmed.
Without a deposit, the booking is not valid.

Please leave your phone number when booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the start time.

  • Any cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will result in the deposit being lost.

  • To book again, a new deposit must be paid.

Deposit Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your booking and protect the artist’s time.

Late Arrivals

  • Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in the deposit being lost.

  • A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Gift Vouchers (eGift Cards & Paper Vouchers)

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Non-refundable.

  • Non-transferable (cannot be resold or given to another person).

  • Lost, stolen, damaged or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

  • Vouchers may be used for treatments or training unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required if the service value exceeds the voucher amount.
