Treatment Description

Permanent Makeup Brows (PMU Brows) is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure designed to enhance, correct, and define your natural eyebrows. Using precise techniques such as microblading, powder brows, or combination brows, pigment is implanted into the upper layers of the skin to create fuller, symmetrical, and long-lasting brows.
The result is a natural, beautifully shaped brow that stays perfect every day without makeup.

Oliwia’s signature Blu Brows are her own custom brow style — designed to mimic the soft, shaded look of powder brows, while maintaining a natural and elegant appearance.

Indications

Ideal for clients who:

  • Have sparse, thin, or over-plucked brows

  • Want fuller, more defined brows

  • Desire a long-lasting, symmetrical shape

  • Have hair loss due to alopecia or medical reasons

  • Want a natural enhancement without daily makeup

Contraindications

PMU Brows cannot be performed if the client:

  • Is pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Has active skin conditions near the eyebrows (eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis)

  • Takes blood thinners (unless approved by a doctor)

  • Has uncontrolled diabetes

  • Has a history of keloids

  • Is undergoing chemotherapy

  • Uses isotretinoin (Roaccutane) within the last 6–12 months

  • Has fresh sunburn or tan in the brow area
